Our club strongly believes in meritocracy.

People become vice presidents through hard work such through donations, finding clubs, and just being an active Buffy member. However, vice presidents can also become demoted if they do not live up to their responsibility. There is no shame in demotion. We understand that each Buffy member has a lot going on outside of Lady Popular. 

We also lean towards egalitarianism. Regardless of position, everyone is important in Buffy, whether socially, donation-wise, or activeness-wise. Buffy members are active and friendly to all.
